Refund or exchange for defective/damaged products only within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Due to sanitary reasons, earrings, makeup, undergarments or clothing with deodorant stains cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable due to B & B Retailers covering Shipping costs when the initial order is placed.
Damaged/Defective Merchandise must be returned unused, unopened, unworn, unwashed, tags attached (if applicable), seal unbroken. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not fit the criteria listed above. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Email customer service to obtain return authorization.
