I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Order confirmation is emailed immediately after placing order. Please check junk mail folders as most email servers flag retail emails as possible junk mail. To ensure delivery of all future emails add us to your contacts list. 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE

Orders are shipped after the release of funds from your financial institution. This typically takes 1 - 3 business days. Your order should arrive 7 -14 business days after shipping. Delivery can be affected by weather or carrier occurrences that are beyond our control. 

WILL SHIPPING AND HANDLING BE REFUNDED

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable due to B & B Retailers covering Shipping costs when the initial order is placed. Exceptions will be made for damaged or defective products only. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

Cancelling your order depends on the processing stage of your order. If the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.  

We will not cancel an order for incorrect addresses. Be sure the delivery address is correct before submitting your order.  Please contact customer service for assistance with order cancellations. 

CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER

We are unable to fulfill bulk orders at this time.
